Job Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of spare parts and consumables management processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage).
  • Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (maintenance, engineering, purchasing).
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including incoming/receiving, labelling, storage, and item issuance based on FIFO/FEFO to users.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all warehouse transactions and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage item rejections, return packaging, and discrepancies.
  • Lead and coordinate monthly stock takes, reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
  • Raise PR for stock replenishment on weekly basis.
  • Track and follow up on PR-PO conversion, ETA dates and item deliveries.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve outstanding issues, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise storekeepers, ensure discipline, and assist with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
