You will engage with businesses across various industries, understand their needs, and provide tailored Microsoft Cloud solutions such as O365 and Azure. This role offers valuable B2B consultative sales experience and a clear path to becoming an expert in the IT cloud industry.

Expected Onboarding Date: Early December 2025

Location: KL Sentral (easily accessible by public transport)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day including a 1-hour break)

Working Days: 5-day work week

Salary Package: Basic salary from RM6,000 and above (negotiable based on experience)

Job Description

  • Communicate with enterprise clients across various sectors to understand their objectives and provide tailored cloud solutions, including O365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
  • Manage customer requests regarding license renewals, quotations, and technical consultations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and business challenges, proposing relevant IT solutions that align with their goals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business customers, creating a positive first impression and fostering long-term professional relationships.
  • Drive direct cloud solution sales, consistently achieving and surpassing individual and team performance targets.
  • Discover new business opportunities, expand market reach, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment to manage leads and execute the entire sales cycle.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring an exceptional sales experience and building trust that leads to lasting partnerships.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in Cloud or Software Sales, or IT Helpdesk support
  • Possess at least an SPM qualification; a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong interest or foundational knowledge in IT and cloud technologies, including O365, Dynamics 365, and Azure
  • Experience in IT distribution or vendor management will be an added advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive or escalated cases with professionalism
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
