Greetings,
We're looking for someone energetic, organized, and reliable to support our e-commerce operations. This role mixes admin work, customer interaction, and digital tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management
- Update and maintain product listings on online platforms
- Ensure accurate content, pricing, and stock availability
Sales & Operations , & Customer Engagement
- Manage daily parcel processes including packing, shipping, and tracking
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain proper sales and order records
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and broadcasting tools
- Ensure prompt responses and strong follow-ups
- Maintain a positive customer experience
Live Streaming & Content Creation
- Plan and host live selling sessions
- Create simple multimedia content for promotions
- Support marketing campaigns when needed
Administrative Support
- Assist with sales documentation and filing
- Track WhatsApp campaign metrics
- Support marketing and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma preferred
- Experience in e-commerce or admin roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Shopee/Lazada platforms, or live features is a plus
