About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive IT Recruiter to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will specialize in identifying, engaging, and hiring top IT professionals across various domains, ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates efficiently
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for key IT domains including: Software Development & Engineering, Cloud Computing & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Data Protection, AI, Data Science & Analytics, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and System Integrators & Solution Architects
- Conduct initial technical assessments and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and current market trends
- Proven ability to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
Preferred:
- Exposure to contingent workforce or contract hiring.
