The Role

We are looking for a
Digital Account Manager
to lead key client relationships and drive the success of multi-channel campaigns. This is a strategic and client-facing role where you will be the bridge between clients and our internal creative, media, and production teams, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy & Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • AI-Powered Insights & Ideation:
    Use AI platforms to analyze consumer behaviour, uncover trends, generate campaign concepts, and craft actionable insights.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    Oversee the end-to-end delivery of social, paid ads, content, influencer, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track KPIs, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Coordinate with creative, media buying, and production teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Growth & Upselling:
    Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through new services, campaigns, and innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing account management or client services (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media, paid ads, content/video strategy, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
  • Data-driven mindset and familiarity with analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with
    AI tools for marketing
    , such as ChatGPT, Canva, Midjourney, Perplexity, or similar platforms for idea generation, consumer insight mining, and content production.
