About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a reputable business services company based in Klang Valley. The company provides legal administrative support to a prominent law firm in North America. Key Responsibilities


• Prepare, review, and submit legal documents through electronic filing systems.


• Ensure all documents meet formatting, compliance, and procedural standards.


• Maintain accurate filing logs and track submission deadlines.


• Liaise with legal teams in North America to clarify requirements or instructions.


• Organize digital records for audit and retrieval.


• Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.


• –3 years of experience in legal administration, litigation support, or document processing.


• Strong written English skills – must be proficient in proofreading and document editing.


• High attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.


• Willing to work night shifts (to align with North American time zones).


• Familiarity with legal systems or e-filing processes is an advantage (training provided).
