  • Handle corporate exercises, financing (including sukuk), asset disposals, and acquisitions.
  • Manage conveyancing and property transactions involving land and assets.
  • Provide strategic legal support and ensure compliance across business operations.

about the requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
  • Called to the Malaysian Bar with at least 4 PQE in corporate, banking, and/or conveyancing practice.
