The Administrative Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-desk environment. This role provides administrative support across the organization, helping to ensure efficient office operations through clerical duties, communication management, and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

· Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

· Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.

· Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.

· Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

· Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff and meeting rooms.

· Assist with organizing meetings, including preparing materials and setting up conference rooms.

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support the administrative team and overall office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,200.00 per month
