What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and promotions
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our clients
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different customer needs
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities to ensure a positive sales experience for our customers
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of the latest models and trends
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • A driven and results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing customer demands
