Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, summarizing, and interpreting account information available in Xero.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

  3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and legislation, including preparing

  4. SST related matters,

  5. Transfer Pricing
  6. E-invoicing
  7. Inter-company transactions
  8. Multi-currency transactions,
  9. Overseas account operation monitoring

  10. Audit and tax compliance.

  11. Overseeing Accounts Management: Manage and cross check entry of accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accuracy in processing and reconciliation of transactions .

  12. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial information to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
  13. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into operational strategies and drive business growth.
  14. Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of financial excellence within the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in accounting or a related financial role.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or financial management software.
  5. Solid understanding of accounting standards, principles, and procedures.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across departments.
  8. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
