Responsibilities

  • Support the SEO team in executing Google marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, and website development) that align with client objectives and contribute to achieving measurable results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.
  • Present campaign ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.
  • Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

What We're Seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Must have experience in client servicing, managing accounts, project management and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Preferred to have basic SEO knowledge,  understand keywords ranking, Meta tags, Heading Format
  • Preferred to have 1 -3 year of working experience in digital marketing marketing/  SEO / SEM / Web development campaign management.
  • Good to have experience in Marketing Agency background.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skill.
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our

    Chinese Clients. Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console will be added advantage
  • Open to candidates with full working right in Malaysia only.
