About the Role

We are a rapidly growing one-stop poultry integrator involved in farming, processing, trading, and retail. We are urgently looking for a hands-on, experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple business units. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR process improvements to build an engaged and high-performing workforce.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee the full HR spectrum: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract the right people quickly.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
  • Administer leave management, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
  • Drive HR process transformation, automation, and system enhancements.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a full-spectrum HR role with leadership exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably someone who has experience in manufacturing industry.
