Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Review of tax computation and Income Tax Return Forms.
  • Managing all tax functions including tax planning, identifying tax incentives and providing advice to clients.
  • To ensure that all taxation work for our clients is in compliance with the Management and the regulatory requirements.
  • Responding and attending to all technical and customer tax queries.
  • Problem solving for the staffs and department, on issues like double tax deduction, transfer pricing, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, ACCA or equivalent and with Practising Tax License preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Income Tax Act and experience in international taxation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with tax provision software (e.g., BrassTax).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM9,000.00 per month
