HR & Administration Manager

Location: Klang Valley, Malaysia

About the Role:

Build and manage our human resources function, developing talent acquisition strategies, HR policies, and administrative processes for our growing Malaysian operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives

  • Establish HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and compensation

  • Oversee office administration, facilities, and general services

  • Coordinate with legal advisors on employment matters and compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational companies

  • Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices

  • Experience in setting up HR functions in a new organization

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
