About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at RAHA BINA SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts. As our Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and handling customer relations
  2. Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining customer records
  3. Coordinating with the marketing team to support sales and promotional activities
  4. Performing data entry, filing, and other general office duties as needed
  5. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales-related processes

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service-oriented role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the sales department
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
