Job Scopes:

  • Assist in detailed website checking across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Support project progress tracking and assist managers to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct research to support the team with sales and marketing insights.
  • Attend client meetings when required (own transport is necessary).
  • Prepare customized proposals and pitch decks for client meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, traininig, or client calls.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects on behalf of the Sales Manager.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, lead status, and conversion rates.
  • Help qualify leads by gathering initial client requirements and budget info.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) or client briefs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the Sales Manager.
  • Support in drafting and sending follow-up emails or client communications.
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on payments when needed (if under sales scope).
  • Attend networking events or trade shows with the Sales Manager if required.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge (web design, hosting, SEO, etc.) to support sales discussions.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven Sales or Customer Services experiences
  • At least 3 Years of Experiences in any Sales Support or Project Management
  • Require Language: Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Excellent Time Management skills and ability to Multi-Task and prioritize work
  • Independency - Must work as Independent and complete tasks accordingly client's requests.
  • Attention to Detail - Very crucial in the design process as it ensures that every element is aligned to create a cohesive/precise and visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong Organizational and Planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel
