About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at YANHUANG TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining client records
  2. Assisting with the coordination of sales activities, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on leads
  3. Handling data entry, invoicing, and other sales-related documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate information needed to support sales initiatives
  5. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and best practices
  6. Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive brand experience

What we're looking for

  1. 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service
