Detail-Oriented: Ensure accurate sales reporting, account data, and stock forecasts. Provide actionable insights for growth.

Organized: Manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and launches efficiently with structured plans and reporting.

Relationship Focused: Build strong partnerships with key accounts and trade partners through clear communication and trust.

Proactive: Spot opportunities and challenges early, proposing solutions to drive account success.

Key Account Manager - Job Descriptions:

1. Key Account & Sales Planning

● Manage assigned key accounts partners (Watsons, ALPRO, Multicare, Health Lane, others).

● Plan yearly B2B sales targets for existing and new product ranges.

● Develop account growth plans, promotion strategies, and sales execution plans.

● Maintain strong working relationships with HQ buyers and operations teams.

  1. Sales Performance & Market Analysis

● Analyse sales performance by channel and SKU.

● Track sell-in results, promotion effectiveness, and account growth trends.

● Prepare monthly sales reports, insights, and action recommendations.

● Conduct market and competitor analysis for strategic planning.

  1. New Product Launch & Channel Expansion

● Execute B2B new product launches according to management's rollout plan.

● Coordinate listing strategy, pricing alignment, sales forecast, and promotional support.

● Study modern trade, pharmacy, and chain store channels to support approved expansion plans.

● Assist management in regional and channel expansion initiatives.

  1. Forecasting, Stocks Coordination & Execution

● Provide sales forecasts and stock recommendations based on sales trends.

● Coordinate with the operations team on stock planning and replenishment.

● Support smooth execution of promotions, listings, and launches to minimise stock issues.
