DESKRIPSI KERJA / JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Memberi sokongan pentadbiran umum kepada pasukan dan pihak pengurusan.
- Membantu dalam pengurusan operasi pejabat harian.
- Menyediakan, menulis dan mengedarkan emel, memo, surat-menyurat, faks dan borang.
- Mengemaskini laporan yang berkaitan.
- Memastikan ketepatan dan profesionalisme dalam semua komunikasi bertulis.
- Memantau dan menyelenggara bekalan serta peralatan pejabat bagi memastikan ketersediaan dan fungsi yang baik.
- Menyelaras penyelenggaraan dan keperluan perkhidmatan pejabat mengikut keperluan.
- Menyusun dan menyelenggara sistem pemfailan yang cekap bagi memudahkan pencarian dokumen.
- Memastikan semua fail sentiasa dikemaskini dan disimpan dengan teratur.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas am seperti fotokopi, faks, mel dan pemfailan.
- Mengurus surat-menyurat dan penghantaran masuk dan keluar.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas tambahan yang diarahkan oleh penyelia demi menyokong keperluan organisasi.
KELAYAKAN / REQUIREMENTS:
- Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM.
- Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 1 hingga 2 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang berkaitan.
- Graduan baharu digalakkan untuk memohon.
- Mahir menggunakan komputer dan aplikasi Microsoft Office (MS Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, dan lain-lain).
- Keupayaan bertutur dalam Bahasa Inggeris / Bahasa Melayu / Mandarin merupakan satu kelebihan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang baik.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
