16TWO is looking for a
Client Partner
to support project management, client servicing, and content-driven digital campaigns. If you're someone who's passionate about digital marketing, social media, and creating content, this is a great opportunity to work on exciting brand campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in client communication and coordination, ensuring projects run smoothly.
  • Help manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for multiple projects.
  • Contribute to content ideas and execution, think of social media posts, reels, stories, and engaging brand content.
  • Work with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to bring campaigns to life.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates
    (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, Meta,

Xiaohongshu,
YouTube).
- Help with community management, respond to comments, engage with audiences, and keep brands relevant.
- Track campaign performance and assist in reporting key insights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and nurturing strong relationships.
- Coordinate project execution, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, technical) to develop and implement campaigns across digital, video, and web platforms.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, providing updates to clients and teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
- Contribute to proposals, progress reports, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Handle
multiple projects
at once, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    2 to 4 years' experience

in project management and client servicing, ideally in a creative or digital environment.
- A good understanding of social media platforms and trends & if you've created content before, even better
- Strong written and spoken
English

and
Bahasa Melayu.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and brand building.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, video production, website development, or social media management is a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel if required.
