In a Nutshell:

An entry-level role designed for someone eager to learn how creative ideas come to life for clients. You'll support the team in organizing, coordinating, and executing projects across social, digital, and brand initiatives. This role gives you broad exposure to the client advisory process — from brainstorming to delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Support with day-to-day coordination, meeting notes, quotes, and internal recaps.
  • Assist in organizing materials, client documents, and event or campaign packs.
  • Help with research, proposal preparation, and social media ideation.
  • Shadow client meetings to observe how projects are managed and delivered.
  • Take on small project tasks as you build confidence and experience.

What you have:

  • Proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and adapting to change.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have:
