We provide accounting/book-keeping services as well as highly personalised corporate advisory services to our clients to meet their objectives for value creation and growth. As a growing firm, we are currently expanding our team and, in this regard, there is an opening for a newly created
Associate

role.

Job Description

A.    Assist SME clients with:

i book-keeping (recording Supplier Invoices, Supplier Payments, Sales Invoice (if applicable), Customer Receipts, month end accruals and non-cash items; perform bank reconciliations, and etc.); and

ii organizing and uploading payments for clients (if applicable).

B.    Assist non-SME clients with:

i review monthly accounts to ensure compliance to accounting policies adopted by the Company; and

ii assist Management of the Company with:

a.     cashflow monitoring;

b.     fund raising exercise;

c.     stakeholder reporting; and etc.

C.     To be the key liaison personnel between the client and its Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary (if applicable).

D.    Assist the Firm in other ad hoc tasks, and as part of your long-term career development, you will also be given the opportunity to participate in corporate advisory engagements.

Requirements

A.    Candidate must possess at least a LCCI/Diploma in the field of Accounting/Finance.

B.    Candidates with Bachelor's Degree/Professional Qualifications (e.g. CPA, MICPA, ACCA, etc.) in the field of Finance/Accountancy would be an added advantage.

C years of experience in handling full set of accounts. However, fresh graduate with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

D.    Has experience using SQL/Autocount accounting software would be an added advantage.

E.     Has functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

F.     Good communication skills, well organized, meticulous and result oriented.

G.    Good verbal and written command in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (optional).

H.    Able to work independently

  • I.      Flexible working arrangements can be arranged. Office is located in Menara Dungun (co-working space). Ability to work in other locations of the co-working space provider (hot-desking) is possible, and working at clients' offices (within Klang Valley) occasionally are required.
