Job Description:

  • Trade Sales & Cost Management:

  • Perform reconciliation of customer minute traffic (air time) between internal traffic systems and customer invoices.

  • Reconcile supplier invoice minute traffic (air time) with internal traffic systems to ensure accuracy and cost control.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams to resolve traffic and billing disputes.
  • Oversee end-to-end payment processing activities.
  • Monitor and manage timely collection from customers to support healthy cash flow.
  • Track and assess customer and supplier credit limits to mitigate financial risks.

  • Ensure adherence to electronic invoicing (E-invoicing) standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly sales reports and profitability metrics to support commercial decisions.

  • Generate dispute monitoring reports to track issue resolution efficiency and financial impact.

  • Compile and analyse monthly trade cash inflows and outflows, to produce an accurate and comprehensive weekly cash flow statement

  • Monthly accounting closing:

  • Prepare and record supplier cost accruals for invoices not yet received, ensuring accurate monthly closing and financial reporting.

  • Others:

  • Maintain active communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on all commercial and finance-related matters.

  • Collaborate with external auditors to fulfil audit requirements pertaining to accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Review and evaluate the financial terms of customer and supplier contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3-4 years of proven work experience in accounts operation or similar role.
  • Good communication skill in English for both spoken and written. Mandarin communication skill will be advantageous.
  • Ability to identify and resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using financial software.
  • Preferable someone who are strong attention to detail, committed, responsible, proactive and good time management.
  • Training will be provided.
  • This position is based in Malaysia.
