What You Will Do
- Hit monthly sales targets in your assigned KL area.
- Visit stores daily (GT, mini markets, pharmacies).
- Take orders, check stock, and ensure shelves are filled.
- Make sure promotions and displays are set up correctly.
- Build good relationships with store owners and buyers.
- Find new stores to sell our products.
- Report sales and market issues to your manager.
- Experience in FMCG field sales is a plus (but not a must).
- Able to do daily store visits and walk a lot.
- Good communication and basic negotiation skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Must have a valid driving licence and own transport.
- Basic salary + sales incentives.
- Allowances for travel.
- Career growth in a fast-moving FMCG company.
