Job Highlight:
- Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday)
- Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
- Working Location: Puncak Alam, Selangor
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide service for warehouse overseas customers and solve user problems through call / chat / line / WhatsApp / email and other service counselling.
- Completing customers follow up with local express courier regarding customers' parcels status.
- Familiar with the company's service process and standards (express pick-up, distribution, and other services). Know about customers' needs and provide customers with accurate answers according to customers' needs.
- Respond to customers' questions accurately, concisely, efficiently, and friendly in timely manner.
- Regularly record the solved and unsolved difficult problems, share them with colleagues and superiors, and explore better solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in customer service, including handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions with follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Prior experience in the logistics industry will be an advantage.
- Comfortable to work in a Hub/Warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and multi-cultural communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
