Job Summary

Supports the recruitment function on strategic staffing goals to attract, develop and retain a high-quality diverse workforce. Recruiting jobs for Christine Bakery HQ and operations. Models and acts in accordance with Christine guiding principles

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1)    Partners with hiring managers to anticipate and deliver recruitment requirements based on future business needs and expectations; and implements all recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, selection, employment checks, job offer, etc.

2)    Identifies sourcing channels to ensure a high volume and high quality candidate pipeline such as referral program, online platforms, campus outreach, collaboration with learning/education institutions, recruitment agencies, networking, etc.

3)    Manages the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process including background checks, preparation of offer letters, conducting onboarding for new hires periodic check-ins to ensure an efficient and seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

4)    Works with HRM to develop and establish key performance factors, desired behavioral competencies, interviewing criteria, etc.

5)    Develops and implements recruitment marketing campaigns on various print and media platforms to elevate company's brand to attract talent.

6)    Tracks recruitments KPIs and compiles recruitment-related reports.

7)    Trains and leads team members and ensures hiring processes are in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Has working experience in
handling foreign worker management
, which may include:

·       Work permit/employment pass application, insurance and other benefits administration.

·       Maintance of HR data of foreign worker

·       Liaise with cross functional teams and 3

parties related to hostel/lodging, transportation and other matter.

9)    Implement and support hiring activities and events which include attending career fairs, sourcing and deployment of seasonal gig workers or casual labor.

10) Performs other ad hoc hiring duties when required. Short-term hiring assignments will also be assigned from time to time.

Summary of Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the area of recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of the F&B/retail/customer service industry.
