Key Responsibilities
  1. Warmly welcome and greet guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and recommendations.
  3. Set tables elegantly and deliver food and beverages promptly with refined service.
  4. Maintain clean and well-presented dining and service areas.
  5. Stay attentive to guest needs and anticipate requests proactively.
  6. Handle guest feedback and special requests with professionalism and care.
  7. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
  8. Support smooth operations during opening, closing, and shift transitions.
  9. Foster positive guest relations through courteous communication and problem-solving.
  10. Participate in regular briefings and training sessions for continuous development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years old with at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry; fine dining experience is an advantage.
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative tasks.
  • Possess good analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth operations.
