Our client is a global freight forwarding and logistics service provider with an established presence in Malaysia and a strong network across Asia, North America, and over 300 agents worldwide. They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated International Indoor Sales Executive to join their growing team based in Shah Alam.

Job Overview
As an International Indoor Sales Executive, you will drive the company's international sales initiatives by promoting freight forwarding solutions to overseas agents and partners. This role involves managing inquiries, preparing competitive quotations, and identifying new business opportunities across global markets. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in various regions, particularly Greater China, to strengthen partnerships and contribute to the company's international revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's freight forwarding services to international agents and partners.
- Conduct sales outreach to identify prospects and present tailored logistics solutions.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from overseas agents and clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up diligently to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international partners.
- Offer value-added services, including customs clearance and transportation, when necessary.
- Contribute to the company's growth and expansion in global markets.
- Coordinate effectively with overseas colleagues, especially in Hong Kong and Taiwan, to ensure seamless communication.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in freight forwarding, sales, or overseas business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Chinese-speaking is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and counterparts in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
