Job Description
- To manage permit renewal, licenses and insurance matters at estates across Sabah region.
- To monitor payment (contractors, petty cash, and creditors) for all estates in Sabah region.
- To assist East Regional Manager in monitoring account expenditure for all estates in Sabah region.
- To assist East Regional Manager and Head Office in compiling reports for submission or analysis
- To communicate with relevant government agencies whenever necessary
- To support internal and external audits such as MSPO, ISO, Labour, Safety and Health, and Immigration audits
- Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/MPOB or SSTC holders.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as a clerk or admin in plantation industry.
- Candidates with Chief Clerk (CC) experience will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Independent, discipline, and willing to travel to estates when required
- Willing to work at Tawau, Sabah.
