Job Description

  1. To manage permit renewal, licenses and insurance matters at estates across Sabah region.
  2. To monitor payment (contractors, petty cash, and creditors) for all estates in Sabah region.
  3. To assist East Regional Manager in monitoring account expenditure for all estates in Sabah region.
  4. To assist East Regional Manager and Head Office in compiling reports for submission or analysis
  5. To communicate with relevant government agencies whenever necessary
  6. To support internal and external audits such as MSPO, ISO, Labour, Safety and Health, and Immigration audits
  7. Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. SPM/STPM/Diploma/MPOB or SSTC holders.
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience as a clerk or admin in plantation industry.
  3. Candidates with Chief Clerk (CC) experience will have an added advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  6. Independent, discipline, and willing to travel to estates when required
  7. Willing to work at Tawau, Sabah.
