HR Executive

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Coordinate and administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including training and development programmes
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues
- Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational objectives
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the industry
- Handling foreign workers administration and foreign worker hostel related issues
- Employee Benefits, Welfare and Recreation
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labour laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR systems and data management
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
