Job Title: Sales Consultant (Automobile)
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager/Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage customers in the showroom or during events professionally.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models and packages.
  • Present vehicle features, specifications, and financing options clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives for potential buyers.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, loan applications, and related documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.
  • Maintain updated product knowledge, including new model launches and promotions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat sales.
  • Coordinate with administrative, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-driven, customer-focused, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
