Key Responsibilities

1.Business Operations Support:

  • Support business development strategies at IC Design Park 2.
  • Identify investment opportunities and potential companies.
  • Prepare market reports and competitive analyses.

2.Industry Engagement:

  • Build relationships with local and international industry players.
  • Engage with government agencies to obtain support and funding.
  • Support promotional events and international exhibitions.

3.Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare papers, proposals, and development project reports.
  • Monitor business development KPIs and recommend improvements.
  • Support financial and budget management for development programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across industry and government.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market dynamics and emerging industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to prepare compelling business proposals, reports, and strategic presentations.
  • Strong networking abilities with a proactive approach to building industry partnerships and collaborations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple business initiatives simultaneously.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
