Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:


• Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets


• Generate active leads from new and existing clients (Government, GLC, Corporate sectors)


• Cultivate good working relationship with customers to ensure high satisfaction level and repeat sales


• Represent ZEN with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity


• Involve in company's publicity events such as seminars and exhibitions


• To handle tender, bid or proposal


• Achieve sales target given

Requirement:


• Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline


• Two (2) years of working experience in sales role and I.T industry


• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a strong desire for success


• Able to work independently, aggressive and willing to travel


• Possess own transport


• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the release of RFQs or tenders from government ministries and agencies through TenderDirect website.
  • Assist sales persons on the preparation of tender response documentation.
  • Assist sales persons in getting software renewal and hardware maintenance quotations from suppliers and principals.
  • Assist sales persons in generating sales quotation, if required.
  • Assist sales persons in tender document submission, project contract stamping and cheque collection.
  • Answer customer calls and attend to customers' enquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer reference sites.
  • Sends out company profile, product brochures and promotional material to existing and potential customers.
  • Source for new customers through cold-calling and online research.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
