Job Scope
- Perform end-to-end accounting activities independently, including receivables, payables, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules.
- Perform data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparations.
- Monitor and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and fund tracking.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, and relevant stakeholders on accounting related matters.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Handle administrative duties related to accounting operations as required.
Requirement
- LCCI Diploma or equivalent qualification in accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
- Proficient in handling full set of accounts.
- Computer literate with experience in accounting software.
- Proficiency in AutoCount and UBS accounting systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
