Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Clerk to support daily accounting operations in our growing multigrain and wellness company. Based on-site in Ipoh, you will help maintain accurate financial records, assist with billing and payments, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, document filing, and account updates.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and update accounting records promptly.
  • Maintain well-organized financial documentation and filing systems.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on billing and payment matters.
  • Support stock count documentation and inventory-related entries.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the finance or management team.
