Role Description

We are looking for dynamic, highly organized and proactive individual for this position. The
Project Assistant
plays a critical role in supporting the busy Directors of the company in his daily work, managing multiple businesses. This position is responsible for coordinating Director's daily work schedule, appointments, handling correspondence, organizing travel and serve as a liaison with clients or vendors.

  • Executive support and administration
  • Business Coordination and operational assistance
  • Assist in project management and reporting
  • Presentation, communication and liaison
  • Support management in decision making and maintain smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Office and information management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of ICT solutions, including ICT Management, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Professional Audio Systems
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work on-site in Puchong and Ara Damansara (Petaling Jaya) and willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to speak mandarin in a plus
