Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead our e-commerce strategy and execution across , marketplaces, and social commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online sales growth, optimizing digital operations, and leading cross-functional teams.

This role is pivotal in shaping the digital commerce direction for our portfolio of consumer lifestyle brands and ensuring exceptional performance across all online touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the e-commerce growth strategy across all digital channels (company website, marketplaces, and social commerce).
  • Manage the e-commerce P&L, owning online sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and profitability metrics.
  • Oversee daily operations and performance across company website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop including campaign planning, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing, and creative teams to drive high-impact digital campaigns and launches.
  • Continuously optimize the online customer journey and user experience (UX) to improve traffic, conversion, and retention.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, evaluate KPIs, and drive decision-making to maximize online performance.
  • Build strong relationships with e-commerce platform partners and vendors to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Lead and develop the e-commerce team, while collaborating cross-functionally with logistics, customer service, and finance teams.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and consumer behaviors to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling e-commerce businesses, preferably with multi-channel exposure.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience owning P&L responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
