Job Description:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers through direct sales techniques, business directories, and referrals.

  • Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and visits.

  • Educating potential and existing clients about the features and benefits of the company's chemical products and services.

  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations that effectively explain complex scientific concepts and product benefits.

-Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions.

  • Negotiating sales contracts and terms with clients.

  • Providing technical support and after-sales service to clients.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Participating in trade shows, conventions, seminars, and other industry events to increase product awareness and cultivate customer relationships.

  • Working with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Chemical field/knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the chemical industry.

  • Knowledge of chemical products and industry trends.

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

  • BS/BA degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, as the position involves coordination with China based engineers on site.

Years of Experience:

  • At least 2-5 years working experience in related filed.

Job Type:

  • Full-Time.
