Position Summary
To drive sales growth, promote Ruema Awan Nano Kitchen's products and services (including catering, events, and restaurant operations), and strengthen the company's brand presence through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Management
- Achieve monthly sales targets for catering, events, and food services.
- Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries from initial contact to final confirmation.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Execute sales promotions, collaborations, and special marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan posting schedules, create engaging promotional content, and monitor performance.
- Prepare reports on digital marketing results and customer engagement.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist management in planning monthly and annual marketing strategies.
- Organize and execute special promotions (e.g., Ramadan buffet, wedding packages, corporate offers).
- Prepare sales and campaign performance reports for management review.
Event & Catering Support
- Support the function/event team when needed during catering operations.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure complete and accurate booking information.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and external marketing activities.
General Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and partners.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualification:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Interest or experience in sales and marketing, preferably in F&B or event services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license is an advantage.
- Willing to work beyond office hours when required (especially during events).
