Responsibilities:

  • Developing and connecting with new and existing clients based on the department's annual sales target plan;
  • Regularly visiting clients and managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Handling client visits and factory audits, and ensuring submitted samples pass testing at the client's location;
  • Organizing negotiations and signing of various agreements with clients, providing quotations, securing orders, achieving annual sales targets and contract amounts, and successfully developing new clients;
  • Providing clients with shipping documents on time and arranging reconciliation, achieving monthly and annual payment collection plans;
  • Closely monitoring industry trends, collecting and analyzing competitor information for superiors to use as a reference for client sales planning.

  • Accept quality complaints, opinions, and suggestions from customers, supervise the handling process, and provide feedback on the results to improve customer satisfaction.

  • In accordance with the marketing center's management regulations, complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in the CRM system on time and with high quality.
  • In accordance with the company's production safety management regulations, we must strictly abide by all production safety provisions to prevent safety accidents.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 5 year of sales experience, be familiar with the lithium battery application market, especially cylindrical batteries, have existing customer resources and extensive industry experience.
  • Understand product development processes such as IATF16949, VDA6.3, APQP, and IPD.
  • Have rich industry experience, strong team management skills, a positive work attitude, good professional ethics, and be willing to travel frequently. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay.(Need Liaise with customers and the sales centre of HQ,China )
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and OA systems.
