Job responsibilities:
- Support sales team, assist to prepare daily sales ordering including delivery order, invoice and credit note on time.
- Process inventory transfer shipment in system and update records for supplier purchase invoice.
- Process customer incentive for first half and second half of the year.
- Generate accurate daily sales report and monthly sales report for sales team.
- Maintain all company documents by filing and placing at the right place.
- Communicate well with other departments.
- Support for monthly account closing and yearly financial audit.
- Attend monthly accounting department meeting and update about administrative related issues in the meeting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required by superior and management from time to time.
Job requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Office Management or equivalent.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Candidates with relevant experience will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software is a bonus point (MYOB, Ostendo).
- Positive attitude with good communication skills
- Team player, like to work with people and work as a team.
- Able to handling stress with deadline.
- Able to finish task on time independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative to learn and committed to work.
