Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive promotion strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate promotional activities, including deposit bonuses, IB rewards, trading competitions, referral programs, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for promotion.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or promotion campaign management, preferably in a FX industry.
  • Strong understanding of promotional strategies, campaign management, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
