Responsibilities:

  • Handle sourcing, quotation, and purchasing of furniture, appliances, amenities, and maintenance supplies for homestay units.
  • Negotiate prices and timelines with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
  • Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment of housekeeping and operational items.
  • Prepare purchase orders, payment requests, and maintain procurement records.
  • Support delivery arrangements and ensure items arrive in good condition and on schedule.
  • Assist with setup or refurbishment projects by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Prepare simple procurement and cost reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Hospitality.
  • 1–2 years experience in purchasing or operations (hospitality background preferred).
  • Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
