Our client seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Senior HR Executive. This role involves handling all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and payroll to policy management, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-focused, and committed to creating a supportive and growth-oriented workplace.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentLead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.Work closely with department leaders to forecast staffing needs.Payroll & ComplianceProcess payroll accurately and on schedule using AutoCount HR & Payroll.Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).Maintain detailed records of attendance, leave, and payroll data.Performance & DevelopmentCoordinate annual performance appraisals and support managers in KPI tracking.Offer guidance on goal-setting and performance evaluation.Identify training opportunities and organize relevant development programs.HR Policies & Workplace CultureRegularly review and update HR policies in line with legal standards.Keep the Employee Handbook current and ensure policies are clearly communicated.Promote a positive work environment and address employee concerns with discretion.RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of HR experience covering the full HR spectrum.Experience with AutoCount HR & Payroll software.Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory obligations.Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.Work Schedule & BenefitsWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PMLanguages: Mandarin, English, MalayAnnual Leave:< 2 years: 10 days2–5 years: 14 days5 years: 16 daysSalary: RM8,000 (negotiable)Attendance Allowance: RM200/monthMedical Reimbursement: RM500/year (panel clinic)Performance bonus and annual increment eligibility after 1 yearJob Type: Full-timePay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceOpportunities for promotionProfessional developmentWork Location: In person
