Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and strategies to align with business objectives and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR-related legal requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle foreign worker management, including work permit applications, renewals, and related matters.
  • Oversee employee training and development programs, including HRDF administration.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
  • Administer performance appraisals, and prepare or recommend bonuses and salary adjustments.
  • Work with management and department heads on employee relations, feedback, and disciplinary matters.
  • Monitor daily attendance and manage employee leave records.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee information is updated in the HR system.
  • Handle all insurance-related matters.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation.
  • Support other ad-hoc HR duties and organizational projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, foreign worker management, and work pass applications/renewals is preferred.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 5-day work week.
  • Work location: Ulu Tiram.
