About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Order Coordinator to support Vertiv's manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in managing the full order lifecycle — from order validation and system entry to delivery and invoicing — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order process — validation, data entry, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with factory planning, logistics, finance, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain accurate order data in Oracle ERP and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Support revenue recognition, KPI tracking, and reporting through Oracle and Power BI.
  • Participate in process improvement and system enhancement projects to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer order coordination, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP / Oracle / SAP systems is required (Oracle training will be provided).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken & written) for effective communication with regional teams.
  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
