Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are properly communicated to the production team for smooth execution.
  • Coordinate closely with the production department to track manufacturing progress and ensure orders are completed on time according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver routine reports to management and customers, highlighting performance updates, achievements, and plans for process improvement.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange local and overseas shipments, including preparation of all necessary import/export documentation.
  • Issue delivery orders and coordinate with the store or logistics team to schedule timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, resolve any issues that may cause delays, and ensure consistent on-time delivery performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery documentation for reporting and traceability purposes.
  • Communicate professionally with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Support any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by the superior to support business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in a metal or plastic injection manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Good command of English, Malay, and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers).
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
