Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Kuala Lumpur. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2B setting
- Excellent business planning skills with a track record of driving results
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Experience managing key accounts and a deep understanding of the customer's needs
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include excellent communication skills, experience in the recruitment or HR industry, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce would be advantageous to the role.
