About the Role

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant who goes beyond basic duties.

This role is for someone who is people-focused, sales-aware, proactive, and always thinking about how to improve clinic operations, patient flow, and overall revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Frontline & Operations

  • Handle patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling
  • Manage patient flow to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and basic clinic organisation
  • Assist doctors during procedures when required
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinic SOPs

Sales & Patient Experience

  • Explain clinic services, packages, and promotions clearly to patients
  • Upsell relevant health services ethically based on patient needs
  • Encourage follow-up visits, screenings, and preventive care
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and trust-building patient experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and retention

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
  • Basic computer skills (registration systems, billing, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
  • Good attitude, discipline, and professionalism are a must
