About Us

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, support onboarding, and ensure clients get maximum value from our platform and services.

What You'll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Support onboarding and training for new clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or calls.
  • Monitor client usage and engagement; flag issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (research, product) to meet deliverables.
  • Track account health and help prepare basic usage or performance reports.
  • Collect and share client feedback for continuous product/service improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Alchemer, or similar.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, market research, or marketing tech platforms.
